The experienced spinner made the announcement after the UP T20 League match between Kanpur Superstars and Meerut Mavericks on Saturday night. Karn will still feature for Kanpur Superstars in the Lucknow leg of the UP T20 League. His final match as a player is scheduled for August 25, bringing an emotional end to a journey that began with first-class cricket in 2007.
